At Shyxaronthiphrox, we take pride in the quality of our handmade artisan gifts. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from shyxaronthiphrox.ddd.

Return Window

You may return eligible handcrafted items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized handmade gifts created to your specifications
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Perishable goods or items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or digital products

Return Process

To initiate a return for your handcrafted gift:

  • Contact us at contactuse@shyxaronthiphrox.world or call +353 49 952 7482 within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable handmade items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned handcrafted gift, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for handmade items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss options. Custom-made pieces cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in packaging our handcrafted gifts, damage may occasionally occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs

Please inspect your handmade gift upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours of receipt.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect handcrafted item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Cancellations

Orders for in-stock handmade gifts may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an artisan begins work on your custom order, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
